The goal of this program is to improve management of heart disease in women. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Use sex specific risk factors to estimate risk for heart disease in women. 2. Select patients who may benefit from estrogen therapy. 3. Recognize signs of myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries. 4. Relate changes in body mass index to use of statins.
