The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis and management of vague presentations in children with medical complexity (CMC) and treatment of anemia in preterm infants (PTIs). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Identify deviations from the baseline in CMC with vague presentation. 2. Use the Paroxysmal Sympathetic Hyperactivity (PSH)- Assessment Measure to workup CMC with brain injury with vague presentation. 3. Contrast definitions of neonatal anemia with severe neonatal anemia. 4. Compare outcomes of the ETTNO randomized control trial with the TOP trial to assess the importance of delayed cord clamping. 5. Evaluate recent iron storage in PTIs using reticulocyte hemoglobin
