Review Surgery department data at the SVH level. Cases presented, as referred by the surgeon members, that have a special challenge with care, surgical technique or recovery. Also surgical mortalities will be discussed. The discussion will focus on any identified deviations from standards of care or process issues. Any cases identified as preventable will be discussed at the committee level for PI opportunities.
