: Registry Participants need to understand how to correctly apply the Cardiac Rehab data definition/coding instructions to case scenarios to ensure accurate data capture. Registry participants need to be able to interpret their Cardiac Rehab Metric results to inform them of opportunities for improvement. NCDR Participants will have a greater understanding of how to correctly collect and interpret Cardiac Rehab Referral data as well as implement quality improvement initiatives. Participants will have a focused educational track which will measure their competency via pre- and post-test questioning. The goal is to improve their overall understanding of Cardiac Rehab Referral.
