The goal of this program is to improve evaluation of delayed puberty in pediatric patients and management of substance use disorders in the pediatric population. After hearing and assimilat ing this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Explain the Pediatric Endocrine Society race-based criteria for defining precocious puberty. 2. List the features of Klinefelter syndrome. 3. Optimize use of testosterone in constitutional delay of growth and puberty. 4. Compare effects of tetrahydrocannabinol with cannabidiol in cannabis. 5. Use the nicotine patch in nicotine replacement therapy in treatment of vaping for pediatric patients.
