This series will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to manage the emotional and physiological symptoms of stress while identifying and addressing the system drivers of fatigue present in the healthcare environment. This invitation-only session is specifically for the leaders and managers of participants of Session 7. It invites leaders to examine the idea of control in the context of the workplace and what they and their employees can control. They review and discuss the specific factors influencing fatigue and supporting resilience identified by their employees in Session 7. This leadership discussion allows participants to work individually and in groups to understand their team s specific drivers of fatigue and resilience and to brainstorm possible solutions with other leaders. During the session, participants are also encouraged to converse with their team about the identified drivers and to formulate plans to address them together. This course is a stand-alone learning opportunity, but leaders will complete Session 1 and the pre-work session.
