Complex anterior fistulae in women result from a range of etiologies including obstetric or iatrogenic injury, inflammatory bowel disease, cryptoglandular abscess and malignancy. The complex workup and management of these fistulae will be discussed during this webinar including pre-operative management and operative techniques for obstetric and cryptoglandular anterior fistulae, management of fistulae associated with inflammatory bowel including pouch-vaginal fistulae, and surgical management of special conditions: recurrent fistulae, anastomotic fistulae, radiation.
