The goal of this program is to improve diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in the pediatric population after COVID-19 infection. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:Assess the role of various contributing factors in delayed sleep phase syndrome.Use actigraphy to assess sleep patterns.Optimize use of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
