The goal of this program is to improve diagnosis and treatment of Barrett esophagus (BE), management of foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract, and treatment of pelvic floor disorders. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: Use the Seattle Protocol to guide biopsy collection in BE. 2. List the American College of Gastroenterology guidelines for screening of BE. 3. Enumerate complications after radiofrequency ablation in BE. 4. Cite indications for emergent endoscopy in management of ingested foreign bodies. 5. Explain the symptoms and etiology of functional defecatory disorders
