It discusses how to identify the common risk factors for osteoporosis, both modifiable and non-modifiable. It will also help to recognize the underlying mechanism of the disease and the role of various medications and lifestyle changes in rectifying the identifiable risk factors. This activity focuses on the role of the interprofessional healthcare team in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
