It can be a life-threatening condition in some patients with high mortality and requires immediate assessment and management. This activity reviews the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, evaluation, and management of cardiogenic pulmonary edema and highlights the role of interprofessional team members in collaborating to provide well-coordinated care and enhance patient outcomes.
