Joy in Practice

This course is designed to assist healthcare providers in understanding causes and signs of burnout and other work-related distress. Effects of burnout on provider and patient outcomes will also be discussed. Participants will also learn about evidence-based solutions, to improve patient outcomes and healthcare provider well-being. Basic behavioral strategies will also introduced and participants will be able to implement strategies to develop competency. You will learn how to recover, reconnect and renew.
