The goal of this program is to improve management of hematuria based on 2020 American Urological Association (AUA) guidelines and increase adherence to AUA guidelines on benign prostatic hyperplasia. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Implement the latest AUA guidelines on management of microhematuria.
2. Stratify risk for cancer in men and women with microhematuria.
3. Select appropriate tests for patients with microhematuria according to their level of risk for cancer.
4. Collaborate with primary care doctors on initial treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
5. Integrate AUA guidelines on treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia into practice.
