1. Optimize treatment of heart failure in patients with diabetes mellitus with or without HFrEF.
2. Predict the risk for major adverse outcomes in patients treated with angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors.
3. Choose appropriate medications for guideline-directed medical therapy in patients with HFrEF.
4. Formulate a treatment plan for cardiovascular health using exercise medicine to reduce cardiovascular disease and cancer related mortality.
5. Recommend appropriate intensity levels of physical activity to improve cardiovascular health.
