Need for a forum to discuss actual surgical cases of patient s with epilepsy, explore complex issues and debate surgical approaches for which definite conclusions do not exist. Lack of expertise among providers on epilepsy treatment &epilepsy surgical plans. As each patient case is different in care/surgical approach, discussion of each case on an individualized basis is needed to improve surgical outcomes, decrease errors in communication among differing providers/disciplines and discuss post-surgical results.
