Through personal experimentation, creative storytelling, and community connection, we’re building a movement for better sleep and brighter lives. Join us in turning awareness into action—one good night at a time.

  1. Fill out a 5-7 minute pre-challenge questionnaire ( 🧠 designed by a sleep researcher to teach you about sleep)
  2. Share a video on how you’ll improve your sleep (and tag @sleepliteracy on Instagram)
  3. At the end of the week, share a video about what you learned and how it went.
  4. Fill out a 5-minute closing questionnaire
