This online module will provide primary care clinicians and healthcare professionals with tools and tips to assess for elder mistreatment and decision-making capacity. It will also explore elder mistreatment as a social determinate of health and discuss the health care professional’s role in identifying and addressing SDoH, to decrease their impact on health outcomes.
