The Morbidity & Mortality conference is a safe forum for learners that provides an opportunity to discuss adverse events. This process is in effort to promote safe, quality patient care to each and every trauma patient. This monthly meetings allows learners to discuss select cases that includes deaths, significant patient injuries, near-miss situations, or other adverse outcomes. Thorough discussion and literature review is used to promote identify potential system failures by participants and transparent accountability that can lead to improved patient care and safety.
