The goal of this program is to improve management of patients who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community and manage ment of pseudophakic dysphotopsia. After hearing and assimi lating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Identify additional stress factors experienced by patients who are LGBTQIA+. 2. Address biases that may affect care of patients who are LGBTQIA+. 3. Use person-first language in health care settings. 4. Distinguish pseudophakic negative and positive dyspho topsia from other conditions with similar presentation. 5. Prescribe appropriate treatment for pseudophakic nega tive and positive dysphotopsia.
