The AAP Pediatrics Review and Education Program (PREP) The Curriculum is a coordinated continuing medical education program and includes the PREP Self-Assessment and the journal Pediatrics in Review. Designed to provide continuous professional development, the program objectives of PREP The Curriculum are to assist pediatricians and other healthcare practitioners to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to provide health supervision and manage acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Identify and address gaps in their knowledge and clinical practice, and assess their knowledge and identify their own continuing education needs using evidence-based information.
