This session will focus on current workforce issues, including an analysis of the workforce development pipeline and strategies for addressing issues faced by clinicians, covering a range of topics, including violence in the ICU, post-COVID-19 challenges, and the sustainment of healthy work environments. Leaders from the Critical Care Societies Collaborative, which comprises SCCM, American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, American College of Chest Physicians, and American Thoracic Society, will lead a discussion with speakers and audience about these challenges and how the various organizations are supporting their members in addressing workforce issues.
