2025 Patient Safety & Quality Symposium

2025 Patient Safety & Quality Symposium is planned and implemented inter-professionally by nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and a radiology technician. This activity is designed for nurses, doctors and pharmacists but may be of interest to respiratory therapists, physical therapists, EMTs, coordinators in the health field, psychologists, social workers, and students. This 4.5 hour live, in-person event will provide education through lectures and question & answer sessions. The activity will highlight best practices across pertinent issues in the healthcare field, specifically pertaining to artificial intelligence as well as providing tools to manage stress and dealing with negativity in the workplace. The goal of this activity is to enhance knowledge surrounding artificial intelligence and provide skills & strategies in managing stress and dealing with negativity in the workforce and how it affects patient care.
