This course is coordinated by the Division of Sleep Medicine and the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive review and update on recent advances in the diagnosis and management of sleep apnea and snoring. New approaches and controversies in the management of patients with sleep disordered breathing will be highlighted. Leaders in the field of sleep science from Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Neurology, Bariatric Surgery and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery will share their medical and surgical expertise in didactic lectures and optional break-out sessions. There will be ample opportunity for interaction with participating faculty.
