This ECHO opportunity is open to pediatricians interested in social drivers of health who would like to take preliminary steps in joining forces with community partners working to transform low-income neighborhoods and to interrupt the multi-generational chains of poverty. Each one-hour ECHO session will consist of a short lecture (approx. 10-15 minutes) and a presentation & discussion from participants and faculty regarding an assignment participants are encouraged to complete. Assignments will be actionable steps to improve knowledge of community transformation, what is currently happening in your own communities, and how you can get involved.
