The ACTRIMS (America s Committee on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis) Forum 2025 is a scientific meeting that highlights novel and rigorous scientific discoveries made in multiple sclerosis (MS) that advance our understanding of research and clinical care of MS patients. Themed Making Connections connections within the brain, connections between the brain and the body, and connections across the MS clinical and research community. Invited talks will connect aging to MS pathology and progression, explore cross-disorder and neuroanatomical connections in MS, bridge the gap between data and clinical application, and delve into new concepts in brain repair and protection. Making these connections will move ACTRIMS forward in its mission to advance the science and treatment of MS and related disorders and will underscore the importance of collaboration and communication in the vision to improve care and outcomes for individuals with MS and related disorders.
