The goal of this program is to improve management of high-risk localized prostate cancer, hormone-sensitive metastatic prostate cancer, prostate cancer using radiation therapy, and advanced prostate cancer. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Select patients who are most likely to benefit from radical prostatectomy. 2. Develop management strategies for patients with hormone sensitive metastatic prostate cancer. 3. Cite factors affecting quality of life in patients with hormone sensitive metastatic prostate cancer. 4. Summarize outcomes of salvage and adjuvant radiation therapy for prostate cancer. 5. Address common concerns related to management of advanced prostate cancer
