This is a nationwide, 18-month quality improvement program for primary and ambulatory practices to improve appropriate antibiotic use in telemedicine. This program will teach healthcare providers through monthly webinars, office hours, and coaching calls with Implementation Advisors. Together with the webinars, the program team will offer twice monthly office hours to allow participants greater freedom to ask questions. Implementation Advisors will maintain monthly contact with sites to track their progress and help sites find answers to their questions. All program materials will be accessible through the program website, including monthly webinars (both live and recorded), webinar slide decks, facilitator guides (scripts), and other materials. The program will collect data from participating practices to determine the effects of the program on antibiotic use and implementation progress.
