Practices in documentation have changed over the years and we need to ensure all staff know the expectations and best locations for documentation. This training is built to bring consistency to documentation locations within the EHR. We want staff to know where everything is supposed to be documented to be accurately captured and what the minimum expectations are for daily documentation. This education will provide a guide for documentation, focusing on What, When, Where and Tips for best practice. It will also allow staff to practice navigating to each location and ask questions on best practice.
