After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Explain pathophysiology of tissue damage associated with PACS. 2. Choose a treatment strategy in management of Monteggia frac-tures in pediatric patients. 3. Diagnose anastomotic leaks following colorectal surgery. 4. Compare surgical techniques used in the repair of anastomotic leaks after colorectal surgery. 5. Implement a management approach to postoperative intra-abdominal infections.
