Endoscopic approaches to the sella and parasellar skull base can range from very basic and straightforward, to more complex procedures. As more neurosurgeons understand the benefit of working with an otolaryngologist for optimal outcomes after endoscopic skull base surgery, more and more ENT surgeons will be asked by their neurosurgical colleagues to participate in these procedures. This presentation can begin to prepare otolaryngologists to do so.
