The involvement of the larynx and airway in autoimmune/systemic inflammatory diseases is notoriously difficult to diagnose and sometimes even more difficult to treat. This panel presentation will review challenging cases, discuss the myriad of ways these conditions present to otorhinolaryngologists, and address current surgical and medical therapies, including biologic drugs. The panel will include 2 laryngologists with a minimum of over 10 years’ experience and a rheumatologist with experience in the treatment and research of such disorders.
