The Midwestern Women In Otolaryngology Symposium is planned and implemented by the Washington University Department of Otolaryngology. This activity is designed for female otolaryngologists and allies in the Missouri and Illinois region. This half-day course will provide education through lectures and panels on issues and challenges relevant to female otolaryngologists. The goal of this activity is to enhance skills and services to improve female otolaryngologist clinical practices, interpersonal relations, and leadership.
