NOTE: This activity is available only as part of a paid subscription series; it is not available for purchase as a single, stand-alone activity.

The goal of this program is to improve the implementation of guidelines by the American Urological Association (AUA) for renal mass and localized renal cancer, the management of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) unresponsiveness in nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), and to improve issues in urology employment. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Review the recommended evaluation, management, and follow-up for patients with renal mass and localized renal carcinoma.
2. Utilize appropriate imaging modalities based on risk level in patients with renal mass and localized renal carcinoma.
3. Develop an appropriate treatment regimen with maintenance doses of BCG in patients with NIMBC.
4. Select appropriate treatments for BCG unresponsiveness in patients with NIMBC.
5. Address issues of employment in urology by improving physician recruitment and retention, and staff engagement.
