The goal of this program is to improve cardiovascular (CV) health in aging adults and management of chest pain in women. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Characterize the changes that occur secondary to CV aging.
2. Explain the impact of aging on other body systems.
3. Recommend strategies to attenuate or reverse the impacts of CV aging.
4. Differentiate among angina and various causes of ischemia with no obstructive coronary arteries (INOCA).
5. Prescribe appropriate treatment for INOCA.
