Choose an effective approach for handling difficult patient behaviors. 3. Take appropriate steps to terminate a patient-provider relationship, when necessary. 4. Cite factors that contribute to the high rate of mental health disorders, burnout, and suicide among HCWs. 5. Implement strategies to identify and manage mental health disorders in HCWs.
