The goal of this program is to improve the management of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with nasal polyps, and treatment of tongue and lip tie. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:
1. Recommend medical therapy for CRS with polyposis.
2. Employ in-office steroid-eluting ethmoid implantation in CRS with polyposis.
3. Use the Draf III procedure in patients with CRS who have polyps.
4. Explain classification systems in tongue tie.
5. Cite evidence for benefit associated with surgical interven-tion in tongue tie.
