The Clinical Communications Challenges ECHO program will provide training, technical assistance, and mentorship to CHWs, CHRs and other front line providers to help improve their communication skills. One of the primary goals of improving communications skills is an increase COVID vaccination rates in New Mexico s communities as clinicians more effectively convey the positive aspects of vaccination.
