PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: As Canalith Repositioning has become more widely used, clinicians are starting to see more difficult cases and more interesting complications. This course will not only help you understand the physiology so that you can tweak your techniques to get the maximum improvement, it will show you how to tackle the difficult cases of Canalithiasis and Cupulolithiasis of the Horizontal and Superior canal. We will discuss advanced techniques and the secrets of success.OUTCOME OBJECTIVE 1: Recognize BPPV and its various advanced manifestations. Understand the relevant anatomy and physiology of of canalithiasis and cupulolithiasisOUTCOME OBJECTIVE 2: Effectively perform the standard canalith repositioning procedure as well as advanced repositioning maneuvers.
