The goal of this program is to improve management of complica tions after continent urinary diversion (CUD), management of patients with cystectomy with CUD, management of small renal tumors, and management of small renal masses with ablative tech niques. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Choose strategies to reduce incidence of stone formation in continent cutaneous pouches. 2. Relate volume of cases performed to morbidity and compli cation rates in patients undergoing cystectomy. 3. Identify risk factors for malignancy in renal tumors. 4. Compare and contrast outcomes with nephrectomy or ablation for treatment of renal masses. 5. Select a technique for ablation of small renal masses.
