The goal of this program is to improve management of chronic coronary disease (CCD) and early hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (HRBC). After hearing and assimilating this pro gram, the clinicians will be better able to: 1. Determine criteria for optimal use of -blockers in the management of CCD. 2. Prescribe an appropriate antithrombotic regimen for patients with CCD. 3. Reduce vascular inflammation and low-density lipoprotein in patients with CCD. 4. Assess the utility of the 21-gene breast cancer assay in patients with HRBC. 5. Optimize adjuvant endocrine therapy in the treatment of HRBC
