To better serve pediatric patients requiring craniofacial and plastic surgery, ongoing education around improvements in the delivery and care is required. Multi-disciplinary team rounds with craniofacial care team on various topics to increase competence in craniofacial surgical procedures and follow ups. With better knowledge, we hope to increase positive outcomes on craniofacial and pediatric surgeries, shorten hospital stays, and improve clinical follow ups.
