The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis of congenital sensorineural hearing loss. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:Perform an appropriate workup for hearing loss.Assess the advantages of magnetic resonance imaging over computed tomography for evaluating candidates for cochlear implants.Characterize the different aspects of enlarged vestibular aqueduct as a common bone abnormality in individuals with hearing loss.
