The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis and management of dystonia. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Classify dystonia as primary or secondary based on differences in pathophysiology. 2. Use appropriate ancillary testing methods in patients suspected of having dystonia. 3. Recommend viable pharmacologic and interventional treatment strategies for individuals with dystonia.
