These medications may include NSAIDs, tetracyclines, antimalarials, heavy metals, etc. This activity reviews the etiology, epidemiology, pathophysiology, and treatment for drug-induced pigmentation. This activity will present an overview of the etiology, clinical findings, and potential therapeutic factors that are important for members of the interprofessional team in the treatment of patients with drug-induced pigmentation.
