Dyslexia Toolkit for Primary Care 2024-2026 As a result of participation in this educational series, members of the healthcare team will be able to: Discuss how to approach school- and literacy-related concerns in primary care settings. Identify risk factors and symptoms of dyslexia and utilized toolkit materials to improve collaboration for patients and families with concerns about dyslexia. Develop informed treatment and referral plans by distinguishing among common co-occurring and competing diagnoses related to dyslexia. Advise patients and families about how to request services and accommodations in public schools and colleges.
