The goal of this program is to improve survival of patients with liver disease through appropriate referral for liver transplantation (LT). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Interpret results of elastography. 2. Recognize limitations of Model for End-stage Liver Disease (MELD) 3.0 for predicting outcomes of patients with liver disease.
