The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis and manage ment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and the management of conditions related to environmental exposure. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Explain the Los Angeles classification system in diagnosis of erosive esophagitis. 2. Use diagnostic tests such as transnasal catheter-based testing in the evaluation of gastroesophageal reflux disease. 3. Optimize use of proton-pump inhibitors in management of gastroesophageal reflux disease. 4. Differentiate hypervolemic vs hypovolemic exercise-associated hyponatremia. 5. Manage frostbite through optimal use of thrombolytic agents
