University of New Mexico has created the Faculty ECHO Program aimed at mentoring faculty within development. The objectives of this program are to help faculty create and use developmental networks, networking skills, and high-quality connections for career development. The program includes 3 topics, each topic consisting of weekly one-hour session for 8 weeks delivered using Zoom. The first 2 topics are designed for faculty to learner development. The 3rd topic is designed for both faculty to learner and faculty to faculty development. The first 2 topics are then repeated with a focus on faculty to faculty development. Participants are provided with a set of readings to be completed before each session. During the session, a facilitator delivers a 20-minutes presentation; in the remaining 40 minutes, the facilitators discuss case studies.
