Fetal Cardiac Outflow Tracts: Normal and Abnormal Anatomy

This course provides an in-depth understanding of fetal cardiac outflow tract anatomy and anomalies, focusing on conditions such as Tetralogy of Fallot, Transposition of the Great Arteries, and Double-Outlet Right Ventricle. Participants will learn how to accurately assess the fetal heart using advanced ultrasound techniques like the three-vessel trachea (3VT), three-vessel view (3VV), and left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) views. Emphasizing the importance of early detection, this course will cover key methods for identifying ductal-dependent lesions and other critical outflow tract defects. By completing this course, clinicians will be equipped to improve prenatal diagnosis, enhance neonatal outcomes, and optimize surgical planning for congenital heart disease (CHD).
