New instrumentations like NBI, CO2 Laser fibres) will be presented
Criteria for selected cases of extended cancers will be discussed
Discussion of the CO2 straight beam vs robotic surgery will be presented
Transoral surgery will be compared to other treatment options like radiotherapy or open partial laryngectomy
